Mr. Sagar Paudel brings a passion for literature and language to his role as a Secondary Level English Teacher. With a Masters Degree in English Language and Literature from [Central Department of English TU], and a Degree in Education[From Tribhuvan University], he is committed to inspire young minds through the power of words, latest pedagogical methods and tools as well as critical thinking. With over a decade long teaching experience in different schools and colleges , Mr. Paudel fosters an inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves creatively and analytically. He believes in the importance of cultivating strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare students for success in academia and beyond.Through dynamic lesson plans and interactive activities, Mr. Paudel encourages his students to explore diverse literary works, delve into complex themes, and engage in thoughtful discussions. He is dedicated to providing personalized support to each student, helping them develop their unique voice and perspective. Outside the classroom, Mr. Paudel is an avid reader and writer, constantly seeking new ways to enrich his own understanding of literature and pedagogy. He also enjoys participating in professional development workshops and conferences to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and methodologies. As a Secondary Level English Teacher, Mr. Paudel is committed to nurturing a lifelong love of learning and fostering a deep appreciation for the power of language in his students.
